Bookings
A booking is not confirmed until The Lay In Group issues a confirmation. Bank-transfer reservations remain Awaiting Payment until cleared funds are recorded by an authorised administrator.
Guest responsibilities
The lead guest must be at least 18, provide accurate information, follow the property rules and be responsible for all registered guests. Parties, unlawful activity and unauthorised visitors are prohibited.
Channels and payment
Airbnb, Booking.com and Hospitable bookings remain subject to the platform’s payment and booking terms. The Lay In Group does not collect a second payment for channel bookings.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss arising from our breach.
