We process identity, contact, booking, stay and correspondence information to provide accommodation, meet legal duties, prevent fraud and improve our services. Payment card data is never collected by The Lay In Group.
Sharing and retention
We share the minimum necessary data with property owners, service providers, booking channels and authorities where required. Information is retained only for the service, accounting, insurance and legal periods that apply.

UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and request portability. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
